DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNOLOGY FOR THE PRODUCTION OF GALACTOMANNAN FROM THE PEELS OF THE FRUITS OF GLEDITSIA TRIACANTHOS
Research Abstract
The scientific innovation of the work is the development of the technology of production of Galactomannan from the peels and seeds of the local Gleditsia triacanthos plant through bionanotechnological methods. After our research is completed according to the plan, the galactomannan product obtained from local raw materials by the bionanotechnology method, which will allow modern development of several sectors of the national economy as a binding, strengthening and thickening supplement.
